Early Life
Johan Cruyff was born on April 25, 1947, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. His family was not rich, but they were happy. His father owned a small fruit shop near Ajax football club's stadium. Sadly, Johan's father died when Johan was only 12 years old. This was very difficult for young Johan.
