Tottenham Hotspur secured a 4-3 victory over a K-League XI at the Seoul World Cup Stadium in South Korea, keeping their perfect pre-season record.

In the first half, Dejan Kulusevski scored the opening goal for Spurs. Son Heung-min, a crowd favorite, then added two more goals, making it 3-0 by halftime.

However, the K-League XI came back strong in the second half. Stanislav Iljutcenko scored twice quickly, making it 3-2. Young player Will Lankshear then scored for Tottenham, but a beautiful volley from Oberdan Alionco brought the score to 4-3. Despite the pressure, Tottenham held on to win.

Son Shines in First Half

Son Heung-min was the star of the first half. He helped set up Kulusevski's goal in the 29th minute. Son then scored two goals himself, one with a fantastic shot into the top corner and another just before halftime.

Iljutcenko Sparks K-League Comeback

In the second half, Iljutcenko came on and quickly made a difference. He scored twice in seven minutes, making the game very close. Lankshear's goal gave Tottenham some breathing room, but Alionco's volley kept the pressure on.

Emerson Royal's Performance

Emerson Royal, who started at center-back, has been linked with a move to AC Milan. However, his performance was mixed. He was caught off guard for Iljutcenko's second goal, which might affect his chances of staying with Tottenham.

Overall, Tottenham showed their attacking strength but will need to work on their defense before the new season starts.
