Vinicius Jnr and Mbappe Take Turns

Real Madrid's Vinícius Júnior and Kylian Mbappé scored penalties in the second half to give their team a 2-0 win against Real Sociedad in LaLiga on Saturday.

The match was fast and exciting, with both teams having chances to score. Real Sociedad hit the goalpost three times but couldn't find the back of the net.

Vinícius Júnior scored the first goal in the 58th minute after Real Sociedad’s Sergio Gomez touched the ball with his hand in the box. Mbappé scored the second penalty in the 75th minute after Vinícius was fouled.

Real Madrid stays second in the league with 11 points, just one point behind Barcelona. They will play Stuttgart next in the Champions League.

In the first half, Real Sociedad’s Luka Sucic hit the post twice, and Sheraldo Becker also hit the crossbar. Real Madrid’s main attacker was Mbappé, but Real Sociedad’s goalkeeper, Álex Remiro, saved a header from Antonio Rüdiger.

After halftime, Sucic hit the post again, but a handball from Gomez gave Vinícius a chance to score from the penalty spot. Mbappé followed with another penalty to secure the win.

Brahim Díaz had to leave the game early due to a possible leg injury.
